    M8-Pro is really fantastic! When reviewing all of the different types of robot cleaners, I started with iRoomba. We already had “Rosie” and when we ordered spare parts they were reasonably priced and came quickly. The reviews were a on the larest wifi units were a little iffy and I considered others. Proscenic had pretty good reviews. Bought the M8-Pro When it came time to download the app, I was a little disappointed to see the app ratings under 2. A major part of my selection process focused on the flexibility that came with the app. I had unpacked it and proceeded to try it. It connected easily (we have a router with 2.4 and 5G) started easily. I thought we should clean the Kitchen. It wouldn’t let me select a room. Disappointed, we set it in cleaning and let it go. It mapped our whole downstairs. Cleaned really well. Found the docking station all by itself. It stopped bumping into walls that it had identified. Cleaned in an organized fashion. Not random. As much back and forth as it could considering we have a lot of chairs around. I tried the room / area selection feature the next days. This time it worked! It let me select an area based on the mapping it performed during the first run. They should mention this in the manual, and, if the initial mapping isn’t done when you try to select room or area, a pop up should tell you to do that first. I tried the mopping routine. Really clever. It follows a cross cross pattern so to speak the way one might mop the floor. When it finished, it said it was finished and went back to the charging station. Never touched a wall or chair on the way back. I am impressed. Definitely happy with it. So is my wife. After all, it was a Mother’s Day gift

    I loved this vacuum cleaner since I opened the package. It came fully equipped! The suction power is above my expectations. It vacuums floor and carpet very well. Saved a lot of time and I can do other things to do at home. Easy to use every program with remote control or app. I just put water on water tank for mopping and the floor looks very clean. Once finished the vacuum cleaner goes back to the docking station. Very satisfied! Extremely recommended!

    This machine has really exceeded my expectations. I have a vacuum which does everything I want. It cleans up the tiled floors in the kitchen, living room and hall. All of which inevitably gather bits of dirt, crumbs and other stuff. All cleared without any apparent fuss or complaint from the mechanics of the machine. It covers more areas which seem to gather their fair share of dirt. Used it now for a few weeks and every time I’m still amazed at how much dirt it collects in its dustbin. Really very little to criticise, yes, charge time might be shorter and run time might be longer but neither is actually a problem as it always happily sends itself back home when it runs out and starts recharging itself without me having to remember to do it. All in all, for someone who hates conventional vacuums, this machine is a minor miracle.

    I bought a M7 Pro first. It was a great vacuum cleaner, but there was 2 problem with that: 1. The application was not that user friendly and also hard to define rooms 2. Moping water container was really small In M8 Pro they resolved both problems plus it has extra vacuum power(300psi more than P7 Pro) In the mobile app, you can define multiple areas and also block area and block area just for moping(like carpet area) I even had an iRobot i7, but still prefer this one over that.

    I am freaking obsessed with our robot vacuum-if you don’t have one, you literally NEED one. I nonstop sweep, vacuum and spot mop my floors; spent 3+ hours deep cleaning everything yesterday. Ran that thing last night for 20mins in the entry way/dining room/kitchen and it was SLAP FULL of crap that I somehow missed. I’ve run it 3 times today and every single time it’s compartment is full. Where is this stuff coming from??? We don’t even wear shoes in the house. Obsessed. Can’t wait to try the mop feature tomorrow!

    I ordered this vacuum cleaner specifically do use in my bedroom. It’s a big space with a large bathroom and walking closet and it’s the dustiest room in the house. Although I’ve made a few changes that seem to be helping, constant floor cleaning was still not some thing I wanted to continue to do. I run this vacuum cleaner every other day usually and it does a great job! It also rarely malfunctions, requiring me to move it or constant brush clogs. It has a remote control, which I really like. I haven’t figured out everything that it does quite yet but I love not having to bend all the way down and find it to start it. This was especially true when I had the base literally under the bed, and I may put it back there and this remote control will make that possible. I have used a couple of robot vacuum cleaners, Including one made by the brand we all know, and out of all of them, this is the only one that routinely goes back to its base. It finishes the job and goes home, which keeps me from having to look for it. I also liked it it’s a little smaller which allows it to fit underneath small spaces better. I have not used the Wi-Fi feature, we have a 5.0 system and it’s been my experience that products like this don’t easily connect. That process requires a shutting it off so I can connect to the 2.4 version that’s not findable unless we do that. But honestly, I can’t imagine the Wi-Fi making it more functional to me than having that remote control.

    Even a person who is not good at handling machines is easy to use. I would recommend to buy this as a gift to older family , relatives. Great to use hard floor and carpet both. I do have one more roomba vacuum cleaner but I’d prefer to use this because it is less noisy and clean better. Clean every nook and cranny and very useful for Alexa user. I have a dog that sheds easily but NO worry about cleaning anymore since I run the mop cleaner and this every day. Also easy to separate to clean It is definitely improved the cleanliness of my house and is reduced the burden of cleaning. It is easy to separate brush and dust can to clean as well. Lastly, It's very rare to bump into a piece of furniture or something while operating. Strongly recommend!

    I was a skeptic about robot vacuums but after just a few days I'm a true believer. No one should be pushing around a big bulky vacuum anymore. I was working way too hard for not nearly the same payout. This can get into spaces my vacuum never even considered and it's so quiet! Not only do i not have to strain myself vacuuming anymore but i don't have to interrupt anyone with the obnoxious vacuum noise. We have a basement which obviously this can't climb stairs so it was really easy to install the included magnetic tape and set a boundary at the stairs. Aside from that though it set all it's own paths and even charges itself at the end. I only have to empty the 500 milliliter canister occasionally and switch it to mop mode once a week on my tile floors otherwise it is completely self sufficient. It even picks up after the kids and dogs neither of which are by any means clean creatures. No more crumbs or dog hair anywhere! And did i mention i can completely control it with my Alexa! Kids made a mess? Just give control and ask Alexa to turn it on and the mess is gone.

    We were really impressed by this robot. We first used it in our living room, and were worried it would have trouble with our rugs. It worked perfectly, though and did an impressive job cleaning. The remote and the app make it really convenient to direct the robot without having to get up, and the app even describes any problems with the robot. Overall, this is a great product and more than worth its price.

Collection Criteria

When collecting at our JHB Warehouse, please note the following:
  • You may collect within 2hrs after payment is processed online.
  • Collect within 24-48 hrs to avoid a possible R200 p/d holding fee.
  • For security reasons and safety, you will receive an email with the collection address after order is processed online.
  • Please note the Sandton warehouse is for collections only, not a sales counter.
  • Please bring along your order number and ID/Drivers license that matches the name on the order.
  • If the order is in a company name please bring a letter on company letterhead confirming who is collecting and their ID number.
  • If you are unable to collect personally and wish to send someone else/courier company to collect on your behalf please contact our Sandton warehouse to make alternative arrangements.

  • You will receive a spending allowance which is capped at R20 000.
